These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of skyarpa.comand the SkyArpa flight-compliance platform (the “Service”). By creating an account or joining a team, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
SkyArpa provides decision-support tools that combine weather, airspace, and traffic data into a Go/No-Go readout for drone and aeroplane operations, along with fleet, team, audit, and reporting features.
2. Not a substitute for official authorization
SkyArpa is decision-support only. It does not replace official airspace authorization, NOTAM checks, ATC instructions, or your legal duties as a pilot or operator. You are solely responsible for the safe and lawful conduct of every flight. Always confirm conditions with authoritative sources before flying.
3. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account and within your organization.
- You must be legally able to enter into these Terms and to operate the aircraft you manage.
4. Plans and billing
The Service offers a free Basic plan and a paid Pro plan. Paid fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to breach the Service.
- Do not use the Service for unlawful flight operations or to violate any aviation regulation.
- Do not resell or reverse-engineer the Service without consent.
6. Data and third-party sources
The Service relies on third-party and public data sources that may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. We provide such data “as is” and do not warrant its accuracy or availability.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkyArpa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from flight decisions made using the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or to protect the Service.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
